The Fritz Haag estate has been producing wine since 1605 in possibly one of the finest parts of the Mosel. Through subsequent generations the Haag's have earned a reputation of exceptional quality that carries through to this day 

This particular riesling is classed Grosses Gewächs, designating the very best steep slope vineyards within which the finest fruit is produced. A concentrated wine of florals and spice, a herbal lilt with peach, blossom and grapefruit. A creaminess to it that helps keep a wine of great focus and depth lighter on its feet.

This is a pure and fine wine that is great now and will be for some time
