Tim Kirk has been making outstanding wine in the Canberra district for decades. 2020 was ravaged by somke taint due to the insane bushfire season.

This Chardonnay is a one off and most likely never to be repeated, the fruit for this coming from the Tamar in Northern Tasmania due to a friendship with the team at Josef Chromy. Crunchy and bright this is a delicious mix of white peaches, citrus peel and a little pith with a fineness to it. A delicious result to a series of unfortunate events.
