Whilst having experience In Italy, France and Australia it's the hands on in depth work that Chris does with Owen Latta at Eastern Peak that has really let him know the place and the fruit that he and his partner Loique source and work with.

This is a new expression of Chardonnay from D&A as their usual crop from Cope Williams was compromised at flowering, so they secured a tonne from Owen Latta's supply of Tarrington.

Fragrant and on the fuller side with a creaminess peppered with spices. Tart stone fruit, fresh pressed citrus with a blush of tropical fruits. Bracing acidity at its core wrapped in all that fruit nuance brings us to a happy drinking place.
