In 1986 at the age of 20 Elizabetta Foradori took control of her fathers legacy in the foothills of the Dolomite Mountains outside Trentino. Across this journey of discovery Elizabetta has been crafting wines from indigenous varieties with a purity and elegance that show her connection and understanding of her vineyards.

Keeping the faith with unheard of varieties when others around her were switching to grapes with more 'commercial appeal' and eschewing the use of synthetic treatments has put Foradori and her estate in a class of their own.

Granato is their top wine made from 100% Teroldego which she has almost single handedly preserved from extinction.  Old vines going back to 1938 are on show, elevaged in old foudres this has intensity, grip and concentration meshed with fine grained tannin without losing the silken nature of the fruit.

Pomegranate, blackberries and dark cherries with a herbal lilt framed with dried spices and minerality that temper the grip, lifting the back palate for a fluid and lengthy exit
