We get it, people have built a bit of a wall around sake that they don't wish to climb after that one night out in Tokyo on holiday years ago........these are not that type of sake. We have chosen exceptional quality sake for you to explore.

Fujiichi Shuzo is has been around since 1870 and is found in the Aichi province on Japans main island near Nagoya. The current toji Katsuki Yamamoto has been crafting sake here since 2012 and what incredible sake they are, earning him the reputation as one of the most exciting youn brewers in Japan  

The Kikutaka Kobo #8 is made with yeast strain #8 . This sake is made from a blend of Yamada Nishiki & Yume Nishiki rice types, both from growers in the Hyogo prefecture.

A complex sake with wonderful acidity, a fruit-driven character and a delicate savouriness.

And best of all, once opened, will remain in an excellent drinking window for 6-8 weeks stored in the fridge, if you can keep it that long.
