The wines of Anselme Selosse have pushed the boundaries of what champagne is and what it can be, a rebel rousing call to many who have followed his visions and practices, a one man revolution. His guiding principal: "We should take what nature has given us and not interfere."

In 2010 the Lieux-dits Collection was released to showcase the six villages that make up the Selosse holdings, Sous le Monts is a Blanc de Noir from Pinot Noir in Mareuil sur Ay.
