Maxime Francois Laurent is the son of the son of the legendary Michele Aubrey Laurent of Domaine Gramenon who he has been working with for a little over ten years now, and these are the wines he makes himself showing the considerable talent and understanding he has amassed in his short yet exciting career.
Champsaurel is s produced from old vines Grenache (75%) and Syrah (25%) from a single plot on sandy limestone at 400m altitude, irresistible scent morphs into the mouth where it's silky texture and fragrant length are very impressive.
Proof once again of Maxime's skill and talent outside of the Gramenon set of wines.
