This is Moet and Chandon's premium vintage cuvee, it's distinctive dark green shield inspires respect and reverence. Over the years it has flirted with high fashion houses and movie stars but the contents has never been compromised.
Elegant and poised, baked apple, lemon, hints of white pepper and salt. It’s medium-bodied with a really fine tight bead for texture and finesse. Immense freshness, lean and long with a spiced complexity that has come from a turbulent growing season that has produced a champagne of tension and complexities that are the quintessence of this cuvee.
We are pouring this vintage at both the Bentley and Cirrus and it opens in the glass wonderfully.
