Presqu’ile, pronounced “press-KEEL,” (Creole for almost an island) is a small winery located in the Santa Maria Valley near the small town of Orcutt.
Lifted notes of cherries, rose hips, dried orange rind and sandalwood dominate the wine’s earth-driven palate. A plush weight but with acidity and tannin framing it up nicely.Welcome to the new California.
