This is the 12th vintage from Steve Flamsteed (Giant Steps) & Dave Mackintosh (Arfion) which has consistently offered us a glimpse into the excellence this infinitely flexible grape can achieve.

Shaped by simple winemaking and a testament to the Yarra Valley, the wine is whole bunch pressed and remains undisturbed, unfixed and unfiltered allowing for natural fermentation.

Built around a core of lively acidity, with ripe lime and lemon and a savoury balance with a juicy and creamy finish.
