Château Clerc Milon is a renowned winery situated in the Pauillac appellation of Bordeaux. Classified as a Fifth Growth estate in the Bordeaux Wine Official Classification of 1855, the property has a long history dating back to the 19th century. Acquired by the Rothschild family in 1970, the winery underwent significant improvements, resulting in the production of premium red Bordeaux blends. These wines, dominated by Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot, boast rich flavours, firm tannins, and an elegant structure, exemplifying the classic characteristics of Pauillac wines.
Nose is very unique or rather suspicious, port-like, coffee and nutty. Palate shows cassis and dried dark fruits. Still shows good body and substance with plenty of acidity.
