This biodynamic natural Champagne is a powerful, vibrant bubble, a deep pink crafted entirely from Pinot Noir grown in the Les Cognaux parcel. Naturally fermented in wood with 4-5 days of semi-carbonic maceration, it then matures on its lees in both barrels and bottle. Lush and layered, the wine is lifted by a deep mineral thread, unfolding notes of black cherries with hints of Calvados and spiced rhubarb.
