Made from 100% Sauvignon Blanc, the Vin Blanc is the foundation of Tue-Boeuf’s white wines. The fruit comes from organic vineyards in the Cher Valley, where vines averaging 20 years old grow in clay soils with varying amounts of sand, gravel, flint, and quartz. As with all Tue-Boeuf wines, the grapes are hand-harvested, whole-cluster pressed, and spontaneously fermented with natural yeasts in tank, without racking until bottling. Aged exclusively in stainless steel, this wine is consistently beautiful—fresh, crisp, and compact, with a lively, direct appeal. It's wonderfully refreshing, satisfying, and incredibly drinkable.
