This is from the property of one of the greatest wine producers in all of Provence, Domaine de Trevallon. They have approximately 800 trees and produce a very small amount of oil each year.

This is a singe-harvest oil that is smooth and fruity Produced exclusively with olives from the Trevallon estate. Extra virgin olive oil with cold extraction from Aglandau, Picholine, Salonenque, Grossane, Verdale, Broutignan and Bouteillan varieties.
Please note that this is an unfiltered olive oil which will throw a slight deposit.
