With holdings across a vast array of climat they produce an expansive set of wines from Bourgogne to Richbourg. In 1975, Vincent Mongeard, Jean’s son, began working alongside his father and became responsible for viticulture and vinification of the domaine’s wines. He persuaded his father to return to the traditional method of bottling, without filtration where possible.
With long elevage and a strong oak regime these are wines that have been built to age, finding balance and harmony decades later when that oak has receded into the wine.
With near perfect labels, great capsules and very good fill levels.
