Jean-François Ganevat is quite simply put a superstar of the Jura, a wine maker of undoubted talent who has helped put the region of Jura firmly on the modern wine drinking map. 

Formerly the head wine maker at Jean Marc Morey in Chassagne Montrachet before returning to the Jura and taking over the family estate. Making a staggering 50 cuvee from a number of parcels across the region covering all the Jurasic varieties of Chardonnay, Savagnin, Pinot Noir, Poulsard and Trousseau all of which are farmed organic/biodynamic.

This Cremant is 100% Chardonnay off of limestone and clay, elevaged for four years sur latte and bottled withxero dossage. Tight and fresh with green apples and hazelnuts and that Jurasic line of a salty mineral acidity.
