Jérôme François and Morgane Stoquert are producing atypical wines from Alsace, with a great character.
Following biodynamic principles, the couple is helped by Sirus and Fastoche, the two horses working in the vineyards, as well with a pack of black sheep for natural grazing.
The entirety of the 5.5 hectares vineyard is co-planted, with old, middle-aged and young vines replaced from time to time all together, thriving on a diversity of soils. A sensitive approach to the fruits, the vines, and all the ecosystem around, resulting in elegant wines, yet with their own subtle touch.
Blend of all the 13 white varieties planted at the Domaine, on various soils of granites, marnes and grès. Fermented and aged for one year in barrel on lees. Only 6000 bottles produced each year.
