La Guinelle produces artisinal vinegars in the traditional way of the region of Banyuls, Barrel fermented and finished in demijohn these are beautiful products, highly prized by some of the finest chefs in France and are exceedingly limited. 

Aged outdoors for one year underneath the Mediterranean sun, this Banyuls red wine vinegar has a vibrant red colour and delightful aroma of berry fruits.
