La Guinelle produces artisinal vinegars in the traditional way of the region of Banyuls, Barrel fermented and finished in demijohn these are beautiful products, highly prized by some of the finest chefs in France and are exceedingly limited.
The wine for this came from Piedmont in Italy from the rare Slarina grape variety. When a Fabrizio Iuli wine becomes a vinegar that comes out of Nathalie's hands, the result can only be exceptional. If La Rina di Fabrizio is a fragrant, summery, light and fun wine, the resulting vinegar can only be just as fresh, light and summery. Very versatile vinegar.
