Respectful of the soils and plants, Eric is a master in the art of expressing the finesse of Southern Rhone grape varieties. Very pure wines, explosive of fruit, so drinkable.
Eric Pfifferling used to be a beekeeper, he would sell the grapes from his 4 hectare vineyard to the local cooperative; the vines had originally been bought by his grandmother. Eventually he decided to start making wine himself, a decision we can all be grateful for.
Chemin de la Brune is from a parcel outside of Tavel hence the VDF classification, a direct press rose made of Grenache, Cinsault and Aramon. Pale salmon in colour this is orchard fruits and citrus, snappy lively rose that is complex, delicious and irrepressible.
