Palomino is the iconic grape of Spain's Jerez region. While famous for the Sherry wines it produces, winemakers David Leclapart and Alejandro Muchada have given the grape new life, producing fresh, young wines bursting with life and colour.

From a 20-year-old plot of vines in the estate's famous "Pago Miraflores" vineyard, these grapes are fermented and aged for nine months in the steel tanks of Leclapart's native Champagne region. Bottled unfiltered, the wine has extended contact with its lees for added texture and longevity.
