For over thirty years Pascal Robin has been making wine in the Chablis area and his family has had vineyards for almost that long as well. In 2018 at the urging of his friend Patrick Piuze, he took the plunge to create his own domaine.

Working in the organic and bio-dynamic frame allows him to offer wines with the classic authenticity of Chablis, without hiding behind large amounts of oak as a buttress for structure and flavour. All his wines are aged in a mix of stainless steel tanks and old (8- 20 years) oak barrels on lees for around 10 to 18 months.

Textural wet stone minerality, fine lines of acidity with depth and intensity. This is another bottle from a great premier cru vineyard that shows it can mix it with some of the grand cru further up the slope.
