Domaine Paul Bara in the aptly named enclave of Bouzy, may not be a household name like some of the grand Marques, but recognised more by those in the know.
One of the few parts of Champagne where the whole of the village is rated Grand Cru, this cuvee is predominantly Pinot Noir showing a rich, round and focused palate with crisp dryness and excellent palate weight, versatile and flavoursome.
