Pertois-Moriset is a family domaine founded in 1951 by Yves Pertois and his wife Janine Moriset, both coming from wine making families in the Cote de Blanc, from Cramant and Les Menil-sur-Oger respectively. Their son Dominique and his wife Florence joined the domaine and have since handed over to their daughter Cecile and her husband Vincent, making this truly a generational marque.

They now have a little over 20 hectares of vineyard, spread across a number of villages in two distinct terroirs:

The Côte de Blancs which is around 13 hectares, Grand Cru, and Chardonnay predominates in the villages of Le Mesnil-sur-Oger, Oger, Cramant & Chouilly.

The Coteaux Sezannais which is around 7 hectares and is made up of 60% Pinot Noir and 40% Chardonnay in the villages of Sézanne, Barbonne-Fayel, Chantemerle, Bethon & Montgenost.

The Oger is a small production of just a little over 1800 bottles coming from the lieux-dits Le Moulin, Terre de Noël, Tournière & Fond des Noyers with Current dosage at 2 g/l of sugar. Fresh vibrant and pure, soft apples, white florals and a little pastry. Mineral driven acidity and fine detail show the depth of quality of not only the small parcels from which it's drawn but the high quality material they have to draw on.

We are proud to introduce you to this new grower champagne imported exclusively to Australia by the Bentley Group.
