A family winery and Negoce established in the late 1800's who acquired holdings and purchased fruit from several communes throughout the cote, still in existence to this day.
It is unclear if the fruit that produced this is from the old vines from within the Clos or or the expanded area from the 1950's which encompassed Les Fremières, Les Genevrières, Les Mochamps, Monts Luisants, etc into Clos de la Roche which surrounded the original vineyard.
These bottles are in excellent shape with very good labels, fill levels and closures.
