This blend features the oldest vines of the house, with plots over forty years old, including vines planted in 1911 and 1913. It primarily consists of Cramant Grand Cru (60%), Chouilly Grand Cru (25%), and a touch of Cuis 1er Cru (15%), which adds the fresh touch characteristic of Gimonnet.
