Pierre Gimonnet & Fils, nestled in the heart of the Champagne region, is synonymous with tradition and precision. This family-run estate has been crafting exquisite Champagnes for several generations, each one a reflection of the rich heritage they uphold. They specialise in producing Blanc de Blancs Champagnes, over the years, their meticulous approach to viticulture and winemaking has resulted in wines that are both intricate and pure.

The 2015 vintage is, with no doubt, our favourite so far. It is a blend from old vineyards (40 years old to more than 100 years old) on this very specific terroir, considered by all as one the two greatest historical villages of the Côte des Blancs. Its silky texture, elegance and depth are unique.
