
The Railsback brothers have come together to make the type of wines they collect and like to drink, with a little bit of whimsy thrown in. One is part of the highly acclaimed Lieu Dit wines while the other has worked for the infamous Kermit Lynch.
This Vermentino is coming off of three different vineyards and shows a vibrant texture mixed with pink grapefruit, white flowers and bitter almond that is akin to Rolle (vermentino) of Provence.
Simple seafood pasta or grilled shellfish and sunshine is the order of the day here.
