But how have we come to this, well the rare and collectable Chartreuse VEP has been in the Bentley bar since Crown Street days and we think that MGC Single Shot Gin is one of the best in class made here in Australia, add them together in the right way and you have a delicious high class pre dinner drink for you and your guests with almost zero effort.

Whilst we might not all be as smooth as James Bond, there is no need to shake this up, we've already done the hard work, just slide it into the freezer along with appropriate glasses a couple of hours ahead of time, pick your garnish of choice and simply pour when ready.
